Madrasah Timings: Our Madrasah operates from Monday to Thursday, 5.00pm-7.00pm. The Madarasah will not be responible for the safety of students who come before 4.50pm and get picked up after 7.10pm, unless a emergency. We take attenancevery seriously, attendance of all five days is a must, WE DO NOT enrol students who can only attend a certain number of hours.If due to any reason, your child will have to miss a day or come late, parents will have to ring the Madrasah before class time. Madrasah Uniform: The Uniform for boys is a hat and suitable trousers, no shorts. The Uniform for girls is a scarf and no transparent clothing. Fees: The Madrasah fees is £15 for the full week. Only Siblings will be given discount. Fees will have to be given start of the week. Grace period will only be given for 2 weeks. Receipt will be given to your child within a week, the receipt should be kept safe. (You will need to show the receipt if you dispute an outstanding notice). Fees is to be paid IN FULL regardless of any kind of absences. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Monthly installments is only availble for bank transfers.
